You agree to use Deko360 for lawful purposes — publishing 3D tours of properties you have permission to photograph and list. Don't use it to host illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

You own the panoramas, tours, and any other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display them as part of providing the service. You confirm you have the rights to upload what you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break local laws. You can export a full copy of your data, or permanently delete your account and everything in it, at any time from the Danger Zone in your account settings.

Deko360 itself — the app, the design, the Deko360 name — is our property. Your tours and the content you upload stay yours.

We try our best to keep Deko360 available, fast, and bug-free. Like any software, we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll give you reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance.

Deko360 offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay; the price and billing period for each plan are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend an account that uses Deko360 to host content that's illegal, harmful, or otherwise violates these terms. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data before doing so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll post it here before it takes effect. Continuing to use Deko360 afterward means you accept the updated Terms.
