By creating an account you agree to use the service for lawful purposes — namely, publishing 3D tours of properties you have permission to photograph and list.

You own the panoramas, tours, and any other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process (cubemap and depth map generation), and display them as part of providing the service.

You confirm that you have the rights to upload anything you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate local laws.

You can export a full copy of your data, or permanently delete your account and all of its content, yourself at any time from the Danger Zone in your account settings.

We try our best to keep Deko360 available, fast, and bug-free. Like any software, we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll give you reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance.

Deko360 offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian rupees through our payment processor, Razorpay; the price and billing period for each plan are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. Changes to these billing or cancellation terms will be published here before they take effect.

We may suspend an account that uses Deko360 to host content that's illegal, harmful, or otherwise violates these terms. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data from your account settings before doing so.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts where the provider is established.
