Deko360 started because a friend asked for help listing a flat. The photos looked fine — but the flat itself was lovely in a way the photos couldn't capture. Light moved through it. Rooms opened onto each other in unexpected ways. None of that survived a 4:3 crop.
3D tours fix this. They let a buyer walk through the space before they ever book a viewing. Fewer wasted viewings. Better-qualified enquiries. Faster closings. Everybody wins — but the tools to make these tours are either toys or enterprise-grade beasts priced out of reach for most agents.
So we're building a tool in between: serious enough to handle a professional listing, simple enough that a solo agent can publish a tour in under ten minutes. Priced fairly, and built to grow with you.
