Privacy

A short, plain-English summary of what data we collect and why.

What we collect

Account data — your email and name when you sign up, plus an encrypted hash of your password.

Tour content — the panoramas, scene names, and hotspots you upload, stored securely in the cloud.

Usage logs — request logs and basic analytics (page views, time on page) to keep the product reliable. We use OpenReplay, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage patterns and improve the product.

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser and reads back on later visits. We use cookies to run Deko360, keep you signed in, understand how the product is used, and improve it over time.

Essential cookies — required to log in, stay signed in, and use core features like the editor and dashboard. Because the site can't work without them, they're always on.

Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and OpenReplay so we can see how the dashboard, editor, and public tours are used, and catch and fix problems. Nothing they collect is required for the product to work, so you can decline them.

Social cookies — enable social sharing features on tours and marketing pages.

Advertising cookies — used to personalize ads and measure their performance, where enabled.

You can accept, decline, or fine-tune each category at any time from the "Manage cookies" control shown on every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. If you decline analytics, social, or advertising cookies, the corresponding features may not work, but Deko360 itself will keep working normally.

Payments

If you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay. We never see, collect, or store your full card, UPI, or bank account details — you enter them directly into Razorpay's own secure checkout.

Razorpay gives us back only what we need to manage your subscription: a payment status, a masked reference to the method you used (for example, a card's last four digits and network), and the amount and currency charged. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how it handles the payment details you give it directly.

We keep a record of your billing history — plan, amount, currency, and invoice dates — so we can show it to you in your account settings and handle refunds or support requests.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data yourself, at any time, from your account settings. The Danger Zone there lets you download a complete JSON export of your account, tours, scenes, and hotspots, or permanently delete your account and everything in it. If you'd rather we handle a request for you, email [email protected].

  • Infringing contentPanoramas, media, or branding you don't have the rights to use, or that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

We may remove content that violates this policy, and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate it, as described in our Terms.

Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our discretion, as Deko360 evolves or as laws change. We'll post any update here before it takes effect, and if a change significantly affects your rights, we'll also try to notify you directly — for example, by email. We encourage you to check back periodically; continuing to use Deko360 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
