Delete Your Account

How to request that your Deko360 account and its data are deleted, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to delete your account

Account deletion is self-service, done from the Deko360 website — sign in at deko360.com even if you originally signed up through the Android app, which doesn't have a delete-account option yet.

  1. Sign inSign in to your account on the Deko360 website.
  2. Open SettingsGo to Settings, then the "Danger Zone" section.
  3. ConfirmType DELETE into the confirmation field and click "Permanently delete my account."

You can also email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it for you.

What happens immediately

  • Sign-in is disabled right away — you're signed out and can no longer log in with that account.
  • Every session and device is signed out immediately — not just the browser you deleted from, including the Android app.
  • Any active subscription is cancelled immediately, not at the end of the billing cycle — you won't be charged again.

What's kept, and for how long

Your tours, scenes, hotspots, and uploaded panoramas are kept for 30 days after you delete your account, in case the deletion was a mistake — there's currently no self-service way to undo it within that window, so contact [email protected] right away if you need to. After 30 days, everything is permanently and irreversibly deleted, including the underlying files in storage.

Content in someone else's workspace

If you created tours or VR images inside a workspace owned by someone else (for example, as an invited editor), that content isn't deleted when you delete your account — it stays under that workspace owner's control, just without your name attached to it, and it's never part of the 30-day purge.
