- Is there a free trial?
- Free plan is the trial. Or, Individual is a one-time purchase — no trial. Creator and Agency are monthly subscriptions that start billing right away, with no trial period.
- What counts as a tour?
- One tour = one listing, however many rooms you link together. Free: up to 5 scenes per tour. Individual and above: unlimited. Tour count limits vary by plan.
- Can I embed on Idealista, Imovirtual, and other portals?
- Yes. We test embeds on major real-estate portals (Idealista, Imovirtual, Zillow, Realtor.com, MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker) — if one breaks, we fix it for everyone.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Free: plan stays free forever. Individual: a one-time purchase — once bought, your tour hosts forever, nothing to renew. Creator/Agency: subscriptions end on the billing date; tours stay live for 30 days on a read-only URL so listings don't break, then archive.
- What's the difference between Individual and Creator?
- Individual is a one-time purchase for 1 active tour, hosted for life — good for a single listing. Creator is a monthly subscription for up to 15 active tours, with white-label branding and MLS compliance tools built in, made for photographers and freelancers juggling multiple clients.
- Do you offer refunds?
